Connect your work to Screed
Use the REST API to import company data, or connect an agent through MCP. Both use the same company permissions and documented contracts.
Start with a company key
A company admin creates a key in Settings. Keys are read-only by default. Keep the key on your server and send it as an Authorization: Bearer header. API access requires Pro or Commercial.

The OpenAPI document describes every operation, error code, rate limit and release. v1 changes are additive; existing keys and webhook header names continue to work.

MCP uses JSON-RPC over HTTP with the same company key. Field feeds live under /api/field. The discovery documents include tool names, examples and permission requirements.
